Petyon Hillis will be on the Cover of Madden 12

Petyon Hillis of the Cleveland Browns will be on the cover of Madden 12.  EA Sports had a 32-player bracket and had fans vote on ESPN.com.  In the finals just announced on ESPN’s Sportsnation Hillis beat out Michael Vick with over 13 million people voting.

Hillis wouldn’t have had a chance to win if there wasn’t a bracket so good for him.  I don’t think EA Sports would really want to put a Cleveland Brown on the cover of Madden 12.  Hillis had a real good season last year running for 1,177 yards and 11 touchdowns, so hopefully he can keep it up this year.  Knowing the Browns luck, Hillis will be on the cover than unfortunately suffer a injury and everyone will believe it was because of the Madden jinx.
