The already depleted Miami Dolphins offense took yet another hit this afternoon as the team downgraded RB Daniel Thomas to out for tomorrow’s game against the New York Giants. Thomas has been dealing with a hamstring issue and will be unavailable for action on Sunday.

With the loss of Daniel Thomas in the offense, the Dolphins are now going to have to rely more on RB’s Reggie Bush and Lex Hilliard. Thomas has been a massive disappointment for many fantasy football owners this season, as has Reggie Bush.

The New York Giants are coming off a bye week and are currently ranked 27th against the run on defense. New York has the 6th-ranked passing offense and Miami is allowing an average of 258 yards through the air. I would expect the Giants to get out to an early lead, forcing the Dolphins to throw the ball more than they’d like to.

If because of the bye week, you need a RB 3 or flex player, Reggie Bush would be an option, but not an option I would feel very confident in.
