The Pittsbugh Steelers are a team which needs a lot of help currently and after suffering a loss this afternoon against the Houston Texans, the news couldn’t be worse for the Steelers as multiple media reports this afternoon have stated that QB Ben Roethlisberger is on crutches as the team boards their plane to head back to Pittsburgh.

The Steelers signal caller told reporters that he injured his left foot on the team’s second to last possession. Roethlisberger entered this afternoon’s game against the Texans, leading the NFL in turnovers, and added another interception this afternoon. He finished the day completing 16 of 30 passes for 206 yards and a pick. The Pittsburgh quarterback said an X-ray was taken after the game, but he has no idea of the results.

Once again, serious weaknesses were exploited on the Steelers offensive line. Roethlisberger was sacked five times against the Texans and was hit eight times. Pittsburgh falls to 2-2 after this afternoon’s loss to the Texans.
