Florida couple bids 100K for a day with QB Tim Tebow

A Florida couple has successfully bid $100,000 dollars in order to spend the day with New York Jets QB Tim Tebow. The winning couple participated in a live auction at the Tim Tebow Celebrity Golf Classic at TPC Sawgrass. The winning couple has not been identified by name but Tebow’s foundation said that they plan on having Tebow spend the day at their home with underprivileged children.

Erik Dellenback, the executive director of the Tim Tebow Foundation told reporters, “They live in a part of town that has a lot of people in need and a lot of people with a lot of wealth, and she felt like bringing Timmy to her town down there would maybe change the town. It sounds like she’s going to have a little event where she brings over some of the kids who are in need and some of the kids who are pretty deserving.”
