WR Justin Blackmon was the final player of the 2012 NFL Draft to be without a contract. That changed on Monday as the Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they have finally reached an agreement. The two sides struggled to reach an agreement as the team refused to offer up a signing bonus.

Blackmon suffered his second DUI in June after testing well over the legal limit.

The Jaguars will now only pay Blackmon 60% of his possible signing bonus. His guaranteed salary for the 2012 season is just $390,000 dollars, with a $7.11 million dollar signing bonus. Blackmon will receive $18.5 million over the duration of his contract which runs.

Blackmon was selected with the fifth overall pick in the the 2012 NFL Draft. Jacksonville has tried to bolster their last ranked passing attack last season. The Jaguars added veteran Lee Evans and Laurent Robinson in free agency this offseason. Robinson posted a career season in 2011 with 54 receptions for 858 yards and 11 scores. The leading receiver for the Jaguars last season was Mike Thomas, who recorded just 44 receptions.
