With this week being the midway point for many fantasy football owners, winning this Week 7 game is huge. It can be a make or break point in your fantasy football season. That is why you need to check the Week 7 NFL Injury Report, as many key names have popped up, with some being less likely to suit up than others. Some of those key injuries include Jimmy Graham, Dez Bryant and Ahmad Bradshaw.
All three are currently listed as questionable, but could also all come down to game time decisions. Their respective teams may wait and see how they respond in pregame warmups to see if they will be cleared to play on Sunday.
Of those three, Graham and Bradshaw are the most questionable. Bryant has popped up this week with a groin injury, but the Dallas Cowboys and Bryant claim that this is nothing new for the embattled wide receiver. Barring a setback, the Cowboys expect Bryant to play and start, and do not fear that he will be at all limited after a breakout performance last week.
Bradshaw did not practice for the New York Giants, and is also listed as questionable for this week’s game. The Giants have said that there has been no setback with Bradshaw and his foot injury, and they remain hopeful that he will be able to play in Sunday. Still, Bradshaw is questionable for a reason, and the fact that he did not practice on Friday does not bode well. He has played through pain before, but New York also has two capable back up running backs ready to take on a larger role if necessary.
Graham may be the biggest question mark for the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. He is listed as questionable and was able to return to practice this week on a limited basis after having a bye week last weekend. Graham was injured during the Saints’ Week 5 win, although he was able to finish out the game. He just failed to register a catch in the second half and was used as a decoy and blocker. Even if Graham is able to suit up and start, I would expect him to be limited.
As for other key NFL injuries for Week 7, Rashard Mendenhall, Kevin Kolb, DeMarco Murray, Greg Jennings, Laurent Robinson, Brandon Bolden, Isaac Redman and Jake Locker have already been ruled OUT for Week 7.
