Buffalo Bills RB Fred Jackson has proclaimed himself 100% and fully ready for the 2013 season. Jackson suffered a sprained LCL in Week 1 and then eventually was placed on the injured reserve list later in the season after suffering a Grade 2 MCL sprain later in the season.

Jackson appeared as a guest on the John Murphy Show and said he’s been rehabbing and is ready for next season. “I’ve been doing rehab all the time. I’ve been able to get up and do some movement on it. I have a meeting with the doctor next week. I’m sure I’ll be cleared and able to do everything. I’m doing some lifting now. I’m 100 percent, I feel like it.”

The running back continued by saying that he feels he didn’t play well in 2012 and is eager to get back on the field in 2013.

Fantasy owners should look towards Jackson’s backfield partner in 2013, C.J. Spiller. Spiller was electric this season, rushing for 1200 yards and finishing the season with a 6 yard per carry average. The speedy back also set a career high in receptions with 43 on the season.
