The Cleveland Browns continued their activity in the free agency period this offseason. On Thursday, the Browns executed a player for player trade in order to acquire running back Dion Lewis. In exchange for Lewis, the Browns sent LB Emmanuel Acho to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Lewis figures to challenge Montario Hardesty for the change of pace back in Cleveland. Lewis is just 22 and has shown some speed out of the backfield. Lewis became expendable in Philadelphia when Bryce Brown burst onto the scene last year. Lewis has just 36 carries in his career with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Acho was a sixth-round selection in 2012 and spent the entire season on the injured reserve list after suffering a leg injury in training camp.
