Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Cole Beasley caught a 15-yard touchdown pass in his team’s loss to the Oakland Raiders Friday night, but the loss isn’t what concerned the pass catcher. His foot injury was on his mind. In the third quarter of Friday’s game Beasley suffered a left foot injury which left the receiver thinking that he might have broken his foot.

On Saturday the receiver got good news. X-Rays were negative but he still will miss a few games.

Beasley was relieved with the news while speaking to reporters. “It’s not broken. I’m not sure what it really is, but I should be good soon. I’m just happy it’s not broken.” Beasley finished the night with three receptions for 49 yards and a score.

Beasley has been enjoying a strong training camp and appears poised to be on the verge of returning to the Cowboys for his second season. He recorded 15 receptions last season for 128 yards.
