Prior to last week’s game against the New Orleans Saints, it was learned that Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White was suffering from a high ankle sprain and was questionable to play. White did play, but was limited while being used generally as a decoy. White is still suffering from his ankle injury but is joined by team mate Julio Jones on the injury report this week.
Jones was listed on the injury report with a knee injury. Jones was limited in practice on Thursday and again on Friday and is officially listed as questionable for today’s contest against the St. Louis Rams.
According to Adam Schefter this morning on Twitter, both receivers are expected to play this afternoon. I would temper expectations surrounding White’s production once again this afternoon. White could once again be limited to being mostly a decoy this afternoon.
