The Detroit Lions have not won on the road in Green Bay since 1991. It looks as if their chances to win today have taken a major blow. The NFL Network is reporting that the Lions have made WR Calvin Johnson inactive for today’s game against the Packers.

Johnson has been battling a knee injury and had been listed as questionable this week. It was expected that Johnson would be able to go this afternoon but the team has officially listed his as inactive this afternoon. Detroit is already without one of their receiver, Nate Burleson. Burleson suffered a broken arm after being involved in a one-car accident weeks ago.

Fantasy football owners should adjust their rosters accordingly and remove Calvin Johnson from their lineup. This move also greatly impacts the value of QB Matthew Stafford in this contest as he will be without his top two receivers. Reggie Bush will likely be targeted more than usual. Ryan Broyles will be the Lions slot receiver and Kris Durham will step in for Calvin Johnson. Durham is a 6′ 6″ third year receiver out of Georgia.
