Zac Stacy provided a much needed burst to the St. Louis Rams offense on Monday night against the Seattle Seahawks. Stacy turned in the first 100-yard performance for the Rams of the season as he rushed for 134 yards on 26 carries against a very stingy Seattle defense. It was just the second 100-yard runner allowed by the Seahawks this season, the other coming in week four when Houston Texans RB Arian Foster ran for 102 yards.
Stacy suffered an ankle injury which was initially fear to be a high ankle sprain, but further diagnosis revealed it was a Grade One ankle sprain instead.
Stacy is far and away the best back on the Rams roster right now and is currently on schedule to play this Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. He should be considered as a RB2/flex player this week as the Titans are currently ranked 24th in run defense.
